After a lazy morning doing school work and not getting out of pyjamas until about 10am, we headed out to Frederick Douglass house. The children enjoyed touring the house, and particularly counting the 7 bedrooms! Afterward we viewed a half hour video about his life, his escape from slavery, and his many achievements.
